North Jersey Minerva Corporation has collaborated with and supported many partners to help bring about more localized awareness of topics that disproportionally affect the communities we serve.

North Jersey Minerva Corporation has donated to Sisters Network of Essex County, New Jersey Chapter of the American Heart Association, East Orange 3rd Annual Baby Shower,  and Newark Beth Israel Hospital COVID-19 Response Team.

In 2019, North Jersey Minerva Corporation was awarded a Fund of New Jersey Grant to partner with the City of East Orange and the North Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. informing the East Orange Complete Count Committee. This committee, comprised of community stakeholders, was charged with creating and implementing events and activities to increase awareness and highlight the importance of the 2020 census. The East Orange Complete Count Committee rose to the challenge with banners, a 2020 census job fair, community educational sessions, and a 2020 census contest for school children.

For more than 15 years, North Jersey Minerva Corporation has co-sponsored the annual scholarship luncheon with the North Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Scholarship awards in excess of $250,000 have been granted for tuition assistance to minority students.
